In 2002, Jamie Oliver combined two ambitions: to open a top restaurant and to give disadvantaged youngsters the chance to gain professional training that would set them up for an independent, inspired and productive life. Five years on Fifteen is still achieving both, and improving and expanding all the time.

Fifteen Foundation exists to inspire disadvantaged young people – the homeless, unemployed, those overcoming drug or alcohol problems – to believe that they can create for themselves great careers in the restaurant industry.

In order to support our unique apprenticeship scheme and to fund the development of future opportunities that will benefit our young people, the Fifteen Foundation needs to raise over £500,000 in 2008.

Inspire has always been passionate about the Fifteen Foundation since the creators involvement, back in 2002. The creator of Inspire was the very person who made it happen at Babington House in a Marquee on a rainy 2 days in October which was televised as a part of Jamie’s Kitchen.

Not only will we be working with the charity during our events and using Fifteen Events as our catering team, but also we are donating a portion of our profits to the charity to help with the cost of putting each student through their training. We are proud to be working with such hard working people who are passionate about what they do.

Together we will be producing top class events across the UK.
