The Copthorne Hotel is based right in the heart of Newcastle, on the Quayside, just ten minutes walk from the station and the millennium bridge, you couldn't get a better spot on the quayside.
In conjunction with the Copthore Hotel/Millenium Hotels, we are able to offer free parking (as long as there are spaces available!) to anyone attending the Christmas Market including suppliers - to ensure your free parking, you MUST locate the 'Inspire.Events' desk in the main market area and have your parking ticket stamped, otherwise reception WILL NOT be able to authorise your free parking. The Copthorne has 160 rooms that we expect to all be taken on the night before, ensuring a good number of attendees at the market. We will also be running a series of social media marketing campaigns on both the Copthorne and 'Inspire.Events' social media platforms and via our links to the NE1 & Newcastle/Gateshead initiatives ensuring that we will have a good local presence at the market. |
The cost of a trestle table space at this market is £80 for the whole day (10am to 4pm)
or book this market and the Derwent Manor market on December 4th for just £150 for both!!!
If you need 2 trestle table spaces it's £150 and for 3 spaces it's £225

In addition to the standard trestle table spaces we also have a maximum of 5 spaces available in the lobby/foyer area of the Copthorne Hotel which are bookable at a cost of £200 per space - anyone checking in or out, visiting the bar or main restaurant, meeting rooms or the Christmas market will all come through this area first, so if you want to be seen first - this is the space for you!
