The Derwent Manor Boutique hotel is set in 20 acres of Northumberland Countryside overlooking the Derwent Valley.  With more than 50 fantastic double rooms, suites and a selections of boutique cottage, the Derwent Manor has your party well covered!

Beyond the rooms, there is some fantastic food and drink available across the bars and the beautiful Prego restaurant, set upstairs away from any hustle and bustle.

The hotel has an event on the same day for lunch with Santa meaning that we should have extra footfall through the market onto of those encouraged to come through social media and advertising channels along the way, in addition the hotel is likely to be fully booked or not far off the evening before, so again there will be a lot of people in the hotel to encourage footfall.
